Looking for things to do in November around Santa Barbara? We've compiled a list just for you!

 

November 2 & November 3

The Santa Barbara Zoo will be hosting Zoo Train Days between 11 AM and 3 PM. The train-themed activities, model trains, live music including a Dixieland band, hourly prize drawings, and more.




 

November 3

Head to the Santa Barbara's Carriage and Western Art Museum between 1-4 pm to enjoy the 10th Annual Chowder Fest. This is a charity cook off that benefits the Legal Aid Foundation for Santa Barbara County. In addition to chowder, there will be pizza, wine, bread, beer and more!

November 9

What's a better way to celebrate our Veterans than a parade? There will be WWII vehicles, re-enactors and veterans from all ranks. The parade will begin at noon at the intersection of E. Sola and State and end at the Carriage and Western Art Museum of Santa Barbara, 129 Castillo St. Want to sign up to be in the parade? It's free, sign up by here.





 

November 17

Want to have a great meal and benefit No Kid Hungry? Head to Finch & Fork and join Executive Chef Peter Cham for a multi-course, family-style dinner. The meal will feature traditional Cambodian cuisine. The CHAMily Dinner starts at 6:30pm. Reservations can be made by calling 805-879-9100. Pricing for the dinner is $65 per person, which includes a welcome drink from lead bartender George Piperis. Optional wine and beer pairing are available.



 

November 27

Need something to do with the kids prior to all of the Thanksgiving Dinner? Bring them to the Santa Barbara Zoo for their Thanksgiving Pumpkin Splash event! The zoo opens at 10:00 AM and will close at 3:30 PM. See how all the animals interact with pumpkins!
